TOLEDO, August 31 (FENA) - European Commissioner for Enlargement Olivér Várhelyi said today in Toledo, where an informal meeting of foreign ministers of the European Union countries is taking place, that if the European Council wants to engage and take a big leap to make the EU enlargement happen, it is welcome news.
