SARAJEVO, July 25 (FENA) - Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliament of Bosnia and Herzegovina Denis Zvizdić sent a parliamentary initiative yesterday requesting that the Council of Ministers of BiH prepare and submit the Law on the Supreme Court of BiH to the parliamentary procedure.
"I submitted a parliamentary initiative requesting that the Council of Ministers of BiH prepare and submit to the parliamentary procedure the Law on the Supreme Court of BiH, which will implement one of the 14 priorities from the Opinion of the European Commission on BiH's request for membership in the European Union," said Zvizdić.
"I believe that this law is necessary for us for the sake of legal security, therefore it is necessary to establish a body that will ensure a consistent interpretation of the law on the territory of the entire country," Zvizdić wrote on his Twitter account.
