BANJA LUKA, September 15 (FENA) - The National Assembly of the Republika Srpska (RSNA) accepted, at a special session yesterday, amendments to the Law on the Legalization of Illegally Constructed Buildings.

The essence of that act is the possibility of legalizing illegal construction, free of charge for all those who built houses illegally until December 31, 2013.

For some social categories whose houses were built by 2018, the regulation will provide mitigating factors in the current legalization process.

Orthophotographs of the territory of the Republika Srpska from 2013 are the basis for the aforementioned amendments to the Law.

In addition to this act, amendments to the Law on Agricultural Land were accepted at a special session of the National Assembly of the Republika Srpska.

The essence of that regulation is the possibility of free conversion of agricultural land into construction land.
