SARAJEVO, July 14 (FENA) - The remains of four victims of the past war were exhumed today at the location of Gornja Crnča in Višegrad.
According to the information available to the Missing Persons Institute of Bosnia and Herzegovina, they are most likely victims of Bosniak nationality from the area of Višegrad, who were killed in this locality in 1992.
Missing Persons Institute of BiH together with the families of the victims received information that it is assumed that the remains of the victims from Višegrad are located at this site, and the terrain was searched in cooperation with the State Agency for Investigation and Protection (SIPA).
As announced by the Missing Persons Institute of BiH, the remains will be transported to the Center for Autopsy and Identification in Goražde, where their forensic-medical and forensic-technical processing will follow, as well as the extraction of bone samples with the aim of determining identity with the help of DNA analysis.
