SARAJEVO, May 31 (FENA) - At its session held today, the Constitutional Court of the Federation of BiH elected judge Aleksandra Martinović as the President of this court, and judges Vesna Budimir and Edin Muminović as Vice Presidents, the Constitutional Court said.
The election of the new leadership of the FBiH Constitutional Court was made in accordance with Amendment XLIX to the FBiH Constitution, which refers to the distribution of key functions in the structure of FBiH government, and Article 19 of the Decision on position, organization, functioning, independence and administrative and material independence of the FBiH Constitutional Court.
