SARAJEVO, March 11 (FENA) - Chair of the Delegation of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH PA) to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) Alma Čolo and members of the delegation Edita Đapo and Marina Pendeš, spoke today with Chair of the Delegation of the Parliament of Denmark Lars Aslan Rasmussen.
The guests from Denmark were informed about the current political situation in BiH and about the talks on the reform of the election legislation and the Constitution of BiH in the light of the implementation of the judgments of the European Court of Human Rights.
Members of the BiH PA Delegation to the PACE requested the support of friendly Denmark in accelerating our country's path towards European and NATO integration.
The two delegations exchanged information on the participation and positions of the two delegations at the upcoming extraordinary session of the PACE, which will discuss the response of the Council of Europe to the armed attack of the Russian Federation on Ukraine.
The Ambassador of the Kingdom of Denmark to BiH, Kamilla Kjelgaard, also took part in today's meeting, stated the Public Relations Office of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH.
