SARAJEVO, February 1 (FENA) - A total of 4,177 samples were tested in Bosnia and Herzegovina, of which 1,918 were positive for Covid-19. A total of 48 people died, 28 of them in the Federation of BiH and 20 in the Republika Srpska. So far, 14,603 people have died in Bosnia and Herzegovina as a result of coronavirus infection.
In the past 24 hours, a total of 3,153 samples were registered with the Public Health Institute of the Federation of BiH, of which 1,427 tested positive for SARS-CoV-2.
In the last 24 hours, 28 deaths were reported in the Federation of BiH. The total number of deaths in the Federation of BiH so far is 8,147, according to the entity's Institute of Public Health.
In the past 24 hours, at the Institute of Public Health of the Republic of Srpska, the University Clinical Center of the Republic of Srpska, the University Hospital in Foča and the hospitals of St. Vračevi in Bijeljina and Sv. Apostol Luka in Doboj tested 861 laboratory samples, and the corona virus (SARS-CoV-2) was confirmed in 403 people.
Republika Srpska registered 20 deaths in the last 24 hours.
88 new cases of infection have been registered in the Brčko District of BiH. A total of 163 samples were tested. There were no casualties.
