SARAJEVO, September 20 (FENA) - The Prosecutor's Office of BiH has received two criminal charges against the director of the Intelligence and Security Agency of BiH, for several criminal offenses, including abuse of office, obstruction of justice, blackmail and other illegal actions of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH regarding several media inquiries about the activities of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, in connection with the appearance of an illegally recorded audio recording at the meeting of the Chief Prosecutor Gordana Tadić.
"Also, the reports state the illegality of the use of the agency's financial resources, as well as the illegal conduct and undertaking of measures and actions of monitoring and supervision towards individual persons. Based on the reports, the Prosecutor's Office of BiH formed two cases, which were submitted to the acting prosecutors in the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption," added the Prosecutor's Office of BiH.
Also, within the case, the Prosecutor's Office of BiH will take all necessary activities with partner institutions to clarify all the circumstances of the event, and to verify the allegations in the report, according to a statement from the Prosecutor's Office of BiH.
