SARAJEVO, August 10 (FENA) - In the past 24 hours, 596 samples were tested in the Federation of BiH, of which 73 came back positive for SARS-CoV-2.
As of today, 4,893 patients have recovered in the Federation of BiH, while 3,505 cases of Covid-19 are currently active.
In the past 24 hours, 10 deaths were reported to the Public Health Institute of the Federation of BiH.
Also, 2 deaths have been reported to the Institute for Saturday, August 8. These two people were from Sarajevo.
As of today, the total number of deaths in the Federation of BiH is 211, stated the FBiH Public Health Institute.
In the entity of Republika Srpska, the coronavirus infection was confirmed in 98 people in the last 24 hours, after 519 samples were tested, said the RS Institute of Public Health.
In the last 24 hours, six deaths were reported to the Institute of Public Health of the RS.
So far, 5,647 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in RS, and a total of 199 people have died. A total of 3,194 people recovered, and a total of 54,711 people were tested.
The total number of hospitalized in the RS is 263, of whom 71 at the University Clinical Center Banja Luka, and 192 in general hospitals. At the moment, 3,667 people are under health supervision.
Two more new cases of coronavirus have been registered in the Brčko District.
