SARAJEVO, July 14 (FENA) - The BiH Council of Ministers has appointed Darko Ćulum as director of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) and Draško Milinović as director of the Communications Regulatory Agency (RAK).
The agenda of the session also includes the appointment of the director of the Agency for Education and Professional Training, as well as the notification on the expiration of the mandate and initiation of the procedure for selection and appointment of the director of the Indirect Taxation Authority of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as Information on expiration of the mandate of the Director of the Directorate for European Integration of the Council of Ministers of BiH.
Leaders of the Party of Democratic Action (SDA), the Croat Democratic Union (HDZ) and the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD) Bakir Izetbegovic, Dragan Čović and Milorad Dodik agreed on these appointments last week. This was scheduled to be completed last Thursday when Chairman of the BiH Council of Ministers Zoran Tegeltija (SNSD) was supposed to nominate Selmo Cikotić (SDA) for the new BiH Minister of Security, but that did not happen.
The session was then canceled because HDZ ministers did not vote for its agenda, and it was the first time in this convocation that the agenda was not adopted.
