SARAJEVO, July 8 (FENA) - Chairman of the Joint Committee for Supervision of the Work of the Intelligence and Security Agency (OSA) Nermin Nikšić said after today's session that the director of the Intelligence and Security Agency (OSA) Osman Mehamedagić submitted two diplomas to the Committee.
“One is from the Faculty of Law, and the other is from the American University. In addition, an accompanying act labeled as top secret was also submitted. It was underlined that the documents from the OSA are classified when it comes to this matter.
In view of this, the Committee concluded that it would provide the Prosecutor's Office with a notification that we have received the diplomas, but that we did not have the authority to remove the classified label from the document. The Prosecutor's Office can ask the OSA to do that,” said Nikšić.
The Committee member Mirko Šarović assessed today's session as successful because, as he says, its members were given access to all the documents they requested seven days ago.
