SIPA arrests one person on suspicion of 'inciting terrorist activity'

SARAJEVO, June 15 (FENA) - Police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested one person in Sarajevo today on suspicion of committing a crime under Article 202a of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina "public incitement to terrorist activities", the SIPA said.

Acting on the order of the Court of BiH, the SIPA police officers searched the residence used by the suspect and on that occasion discovered and temporarily confiscated items that will serve as evidence in further criminal proceedings.

The person deprived of liberty has been taken to the premises of the SIPA and criminal processing and investigative actions are being carried out in order to document the said criminal offense, it is said in a statement from the SIPA BiH.
