Turković and Dačić on open bilateral topics between BiH and Serbia

SARAJEVO, May 31 (FENA) - Deputy Chairperson of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina Bisera Turković talked on the phone with First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dačić on Friday about open bilateral issues between the two countries.

Among other things, the interlocutors discussed issues of common interest in the challenging period of the post-COVID crisis and the opening of the consulate of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Novi Pazar.

They also discussed solutions for certain open bilateral topics of which both Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Serbia are interested, and concluded that the relations between BiH and Serbia should be intensified in the coming period.

In that regard, Minister Dačić pointed out that due to the upcoming elections in the Republic of Serbia scheduled for June 21, he is not in a position to visit BiH now, but he sent an invitation to Minister Turković to visit the Republic of Serbia, the Press Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of BiH announced.
