Dodik: Property belongs to entities, not the state of BiH

DERVENTA, May 29 (FENA) - Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Milorad Dodik said today that the Constitution of BiH specifies that everything that is not explicitly given to the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina, belongs to entities, including property.

Commenting on the appeal of the BiH Ministry of Defense regarding the registration of more than 250.000 square meters of land in the Foča municipality, which is owned by the RS, adopted by the BiH Constitutional Court, Dodik told reporters in Derventa that property belongs to the entities.

He claims that the decisions of the BiH Constitutional Court are against the interests of RS.

“The Constitutional Court of BiH has become a criminal organization that does not respect the Constitution or laws, or respects only the laws imposed by the High Representative. This is obviously a robbery that is being tried to be legalized by the decisions of the Constitutional Court, which continuously violates the Constitution and works against the Republika Srpska,” Dodik stated.

A few days ago, the BiH Constitutional Court upheld an appeal by the BiH Ministry of Defense regarding the registration of more than 250.000 square meters of land in the RS-owned municipality of Foča to the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
