SARAJEVO, May 15 (FENA) - Deputy Chairman of the Joint Committee on European Integration Halid Genjac told FENA that the recent summit of the EU and Western Balkan leaders in Zagreb gave a credible message that Bosnia and Herzegovina has a perspective in the European Union.
According to him, such messages usually in Bosnia and Herzegovina awaken politicians and start activities.
“That's what happened this time too. It is known that a political support group has been formed and some issues need to be resolved to meet the conditions for candidate status. I mean, those issues that have been assigned to us as priorities, we have to determine for each issue who is in charge, who will make sure that the issue is resolved, who will lead the dialogue, who will harmonize, that these issues are resolved and that we meet the conditions,” stated Genjac.
He stated that they in SDA have determined the individuals or groups that will lead each issue on the agenda, and in that way they intend to give the maximum contribution to fulfilling those conditions and finally achieving the candidate status.
