Sarajevo court confirms indictment against three Pakistani nationals

SARAJEVO, May 13 (FENA) - The Sarajevo Municipal Court has confirmed the indictment of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office against Ahsan Ali, Sammi Ullah and Mohsin Ali for the criminal offense of participating in a mass fight.

The accused are charged that on November 17, 2019, in the morning hours in front of the entrance to the Migrant Camp "Ušivak" in Hadžići, after a short verbal argument and pushing each other, together with other unidentified persons, they physically attacked two migrants.

The victim, initials A.K., was struck with wooden bats on the head, back, arms and legs. From the injuries sustained, more precisely, from the crushing of the lung tissue, A.K. died on the same day at the University Clinical Center Sarajevo.

In addition to the indictment, the acting prosecutor proposed to the court to extend the custody of all three defendants, stated the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office.
