SARAJEVO, April 24 (FENA) - BiH Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations, Staša Košarac, thanked President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov, the government and the people of that friendly country for their assistance to BiH to combat the spread of coronavirus.
“Azerbaijan was among the first countries to offer help and support during the most difficult times. With that, Azerbaijan once again proved to be a friend of all peoples in BiH,” Minister Košarac said.
He spoke with Minister of Economy Jabbarov on April 4, expressing Azerbaijan's willingness to assist BiH in preventing the spread of coronavirus.
“Although confronted with the fight against coronavirus themselves, friends from Azerbaijan responded quickly and sent us the help we needed and I am immensely grateful to them,” added Košarac.
