SARAJEVO, April 15 (FENA) - BiH Foreign Minister Bisera Turković spoke with Malaysian Foreign Minister Hishammuddin Tun Hussein about the COVID-19 pandemic, and the arrival of 10 tones of humanitarian aid from Malaysia, which is arriving today at the appeal of Chairman of the BiH Presidency Šefik Džaferović.
The officials talked about friendship between Malaysia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, which has been ongoing for decades, as well as regional cooperation between the two countries, each in their own environment, in an effort to find the best approach in the fight against coronavirus, the Press Office of the BiH Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated.
Džaferović previously spoke with Malaysian Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin about the situation regarding the coronavirus pandemic, and at the time, Yassin announced that Malaysia, which itself is facing pandemic problems, will continue to assist BiH.
