SARAJEVO, April 10 (FENA) - Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Jelka Milićević stated that the allegations that the Letter of Intent to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) of the same content have been adopted and signed by the members of the Fiscal Council of BiH are incorrect.
“There are significant differences in these versions of the letter, including the amount. The issue of division between the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Republika Srpska has also not been resolved. This must also be defined in the Letter of Intent, and in no way in some of the appendices that will block the use of the appropriations,” Milićević points out, responding to the claims of FBiH Prime Minister Fadil Novalić that he signed the Letter as soon as he received it and that Minister Milićević is expected to do the same, as well as BiH Minister of Finance Vjekoslav Bevanda.
Milićević stressed that responsibility should also be laid down for referring a Letter of Intent to the signature that is not previously adopted at the BiH Fiscal Council.
