BANJA LUKA, April 10 (FENA) – President of the Republika Srpska Željka Cvijanović passed several decrees today that were proposed to overcome the state of coronavirus in that BiH entity, at the proposal of the RS Government and the opinion of National Assembly Speaker Nedeljko Čubrilović.
Decrees with legal force on tax measures to mitigate the economic consequences of coronavirus, on exemption of paying gambling fees, amendments to the Law on Primary and Secondary Education and on deadlines and procedures in administrative procedures, as well as other procedures determined by special substantive regulations during the state of emergency for the territory of RS wiil enter into force.
