SARAJEVO, April 8 (FENA) - At today's extraordinary session, the House of Peoples of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina adopted the Decision on Amendments to the Rules of Procedure of the House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament.
On that occasion, Deputy Speaker of the House of Peoples of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Aljoš Čampara, clarified that the adoption of the Decision on Amendments to the Rules of Procedure of the House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament enables the sessions of the House of Peoples, the Collegium of the House of Peoples, the Peoples caucuses and the working bodies to be held online.
"There is no justifiable reason why the legislative power should not perform its basic function in the coming period. The Federation of BiH Parliament will have to hold regular sessions and pass laws to help our citizens and the BiH economy fight the negative effects of coronavirus (COVID-19).
Recovering the economy must be a priority for all of us, whether part of the government or the opposition," said Deputy Speaker Čampara.
