Cantonal hospital in Bihać registers its first cured patient from Covid-19

BIHAĆ, April 6 (FENA) - Hajrudin Havić, Director of the "Dr. Irfan Ljubijankić" Cantonal Hospital in Bihać, confirmed that the first hospitalized patient in the Una-Sana Canton (USC), who was positive for coronavirus, has been cured.

"A young man from Bihać tested negative on two occasions and was transferred to the Department as a cured patient,"  said Dr. Havić.

He also added that six patients with COVID-19, five in the isolation and one at intensive care unit on a ventilator, are currently placed in the isolation ward of the Infectious Diseases Unit.

The Cantonal Civil Protection Service and the Crisis Staff of the Ministry of Health of the Una-Sana Canton confirmed this morning that two more people from Cazin and one from Bihać have tested positive for coronavirus.
