SARAJEVO, April 5 (FENA) - Three deaths have been reported so far in the Sarajevo Canton, and a total of 44 coronavirus confirmed cases. In the last 24 hours, 73 citizens were tested and five were positive, Head of the Sarajevo Canton Crisis Staff Aida Pilav reported today.
There are 1.203 citizens in self-isolation, seven are hospitalized, including one on a ventilator and one who is in proces of recovery.
Based on the above data, Pilav claims, we can be satisfied with the development of the epidemiological situation in the Sarajevo Canton, where the number of people tested is continuously increasing.
“We think that the order to ban the movement of persons over 65 and under 18 should remain in force, in order to preserve the most vulnerable group of the population over 65 and under 18,” said Pilav, announcing that she is going to talk about that decision tomorrow with colleagues from all cantonal and the FBiH crisis staff.
