BANJA LUKA, March 30 (FENA) - People over the age of 65 in Republika Srpska will be allowed to go outside twice a week, Tuesdays and Fridays, from 7 am to 10 am, the RS Emergency Crisis Staff announced today.
The entity Prime Minister Radovan Višković explained that these citizens will be able to collect their pensions and pay basic life necessities on the specified day
The government has also decided that citizens up to 75 years of age in rural areas can move around during the day in order to carry out agricultural work or beekeeping.
Provided that all measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus are adhered to, the operation of markets and facilities engaged in the sale of technical goods, construction materials and water and electrical materials are also allowed.
After the crisis staff session, Višković said that all other previously adopted decisions are being extended until April 13.
"The previous decision on limiting the prices of basic food items has been repealed and a new decision was adopted that the margins on basic food items will be set at the level of March 5, 2020.
Also, the agreement reached at the meeting between the governments of RS and FBiH and the Council of Ministers of BiH regarding the issuance of sanitary inspection orders upon entering BiH is not being respected. We have cases at certain border crossings in the FBiH that these orders are not issued, but only oral instructions are given to report to the competent health centers, which is why we will address the matter with the Government of the Federation of BiH today," Višković said.
