BIHAĆ, March 27 (FENA) - Students of the Technical Engineering Faculty in Bihać, together with their teaching assistants and professors, have begun designing protective visors for healthcare workers in the Una-Sana Canton (USC).
The first visors masks have been produced using 3D printers, primarily thanks to Hasan Talić and Dženan Bajrić, and their example is already followed by young people from Cazin, Velika Kladuša and Bihać.
"Visor masks are special because they are the first line of protection for medical staff, who are in direct contact with infected persons and therefore we believe that at this moment they are the most needed at the Cantonal Hospital 'Dr. Irfan Ljubijankić '.
So far, we have delivered to ten visor masks to the cantonal hospital and five each to health centers in Bužim and Bosanska Krupa," said a senior at the Bihać Technical Engineering Faculty Dženan Bajrić.
Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Technical Engineering in Bihać, Hasan Talić pointed out that the problem with the procurement of raw material was solved with the help of colleagues from Sarajevo-based CPGdesign.
