DOBOJ, March 13 (FENA) – The Federation of BiH Prime Minister Fadil Novalić said in Doboj tonight that passenger control at Sarajevo and Tuzla airports following the outbreak of the coronavirus in BiH will be intensified.

After the Doboj meeting, organized by the BiH Council of Ministers Chairman Zoran Tegeltija with prime ministers of the entities, Novalić said that controls are carried out with thermal cameras, which filter every passenger.

He believes that these measures will have to be introduced at border crossings as well.

At the meeting, it was decided that all citizens coming from abroad to BiH need to self-isolate for 14 days, adding that this decision will enter into force on March 16.

They appealed to all citizens of BiH to follow the instructions of the competent institutions.

At the meeting, they also concluded that BiH will reduce the number of border crossings at which goods and citizens will be transported, and that two crisis staffs will be established to deal with the health and economic aspects of the outbreak.
