BANJA LUKA, March 9 (FENA) - There are currently 241 people undergoing medical watch in the entity of Republika Srpska that arrived from the areas affected by coronavirus and three were registered as positive to COVID-19 who are currently symptom-free, the RS Public Health Institute confirmed.
Pursuant to the Law on the Protection of the Population from Infectious Diseases of the RS, health monitoring implies medical examinations and epidemiological testing of persons who have been in contact with a person suffering from an infectious disease and / or a carrier of the virus or have been spending time in the area affected by the disease.
Recommendation for citizens with a view to protecting the health of the population who have been or have come from Italy in the last 14 days, especially in the territory of Northern Italy, but also China, South Korea and Iran, to contact the competent health centers via telephone in order to provide data, possibly taking epidemiological measures, or giving advice on how to proceed.
