Minister Turković receives Norwegian Ambassador Rusten in a farewell visit

SARAJEVO, February 26 (FENA) - Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina Bisera Turković received in a farewell visit Norwegian Ambassador to BiH Guri Rusten.

Minister Turković expressed her content with the very good and friendly relations between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Kingdom of Norway, which are without outstanding issues, and stressed the importance of maintaining the dynamic of the meetings of officials of the two countries achieved in the previous period.

She also emphasized that Ambassador Rusten has greatly contributed to the good relations between the two countries and their development during her term in office.

Turković expressed conviction that the future ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway would continue to work successfully on the improvement of bilateral relations between the two countries and efforts of BiH to meet the standards for BiH's accession to the European Union.

Ambassador Rusten pointed out that she was pleased to perform her duty as Norwegian Ambassador to BiH and thanked the Minister for her positive assessment of her work.

She stressed that during her term in office in Sarajevo and BiH she has made many friends and that she was leaving Bosnia and Herzegovina with a dose of sadness, stated the Ministry of Public Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of BiH.
