ZENICA, February 25 (FENA) - FBiH Prime Minister Fadil Novalić today held a regular meeting with the Zenica-Doboj Canton Prime Minister Mirza Ganić and his associates at the headquarters of the cantonal government to discuss the ongoing situation.
The meeting was also attended by FBiH Minister of Justice Mato Jozić, and the topic of the meeting at the ZDC government headquarters, as Novalić noted, was the fight against the potential outbreak of coronavirus, with a meeting between representatives of all levels of government in Bosnia and Herzegovina announced for tomorrow. The meeting should be held in Doboj.
“Tomorrow, we have a meeting with all health ministers and other representatives of the institutions in BiH in charge in this sector. Today, we wanted to see what Zenica was doing in that regard,” said Novalić, who added that the institutions have not yet registered cases infected with the virus in BiH.
The danger is spreading, and it is a sign that we must come together and start addressing it. At the FBiH level, we will find an isolated barracks to make it a potential isolator unit, similar to solving the migrant crisis, better than for each canton to make its own separate isolator units which would be expensive and impractical,” said Novalić.
