LONDON / SARAJEVO, February 24 (FENA) – Chairman of the BiH Council of Ministers Zoran Tegeltija attended Western Balkans Investment Conference today organized by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in London.
Following the official opening of the Conference and welcoming speech of EBRD President Suma Chakrabarti and Andrej Plenković, Prime Minister of the Republic of Croatia, which chairs the Council of the European Union, a session was held, attended by the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BiH and Prime Ministers and Ministers of the Western Balkans.
On the sidelines of the Conference, Chairman Tegeltija met with EBRD President Suma Chakrabarti to discuss the current political and economic situation in BiH, as well as regional projects and initiatives.
On this occasion, Chairman of the BiH Council of Ministers emphasized that the new convocation of the Council of Ministers of BiH is fully committed to continue, in accordance with its competencies, together with the entity governments, working on European integration and reform processes aimed at stabilizing economic opportunities, economic growth, increasing efficiency public administration, and attracting domestic and foreign investment to create new jobs.
The officials also discussed investment plans for the coming period, with a particular focus on intensifying cooperation to support the initiative to strengthen the investment climate in BiH.
