Šarović: Publish names of SNSD members who were given the RS land

BANJA LUKA, February 21 (FENA) - Public in Republika Srpska must be informed to whom the same agricultural land, which is the subject of the BiH Constitutional Court, was previously secretly given under a multi-year concession and which officials of the ruling party even transferred into their private ownership, SDS President Mirko Šarović said today.   

It is time to finally make the list public, and it is scandalous for the SNSD to remain silent about the truth and deceive its own people, the SDS said.

“Publish the names of these SNSD officials, the amount and value of agricultural land, which until recently was owned by Republika Srpska, and that everyone can clearly see the image of incredible party abuse, arrogance and robbery,” Šarović added.

It is quite clear, he believes, why the authorities are persistently pushing this story under the rug.

“Then everyone would understand why a special law was passed to transfer all agricultural land to Republika Srpska instead of giving it to local communities? The answer is simple and you know it - everything was done to ensure a monopoly on the award of concessions, that is, to make the land easier to distribute among party members,” said the SDS President.
