MOSTAR, February 20 (FENA) - The FBiH Government has issued five decisions allowing an expropriation beneficiary to take possession of real estate fully expropriated by a decision of the Surveying and Property Law Office of the City of Tuzla, before the expropriation decision becomes final or before payment of compensation for the said property is executed.
The beneficiary of expropriation - Elektroprivreda BiH Sarajevo, in its request, stated that this procedure was conducted for the construction of the electric power facility of Tuzla TPP, Block 7, 450 MW, after the decision of the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina of May 10, 2012, and the decision of the Tuzla City Council of June 16, 2015, ascertaining the public interest in the construction of this block under a first - instance decision on the complete expropriation of real estate issued by the competent city authority, stated the FBiH Government Office for Public Relations.
