SARAJEVO, February 18 (FENA) - The session of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina is scheduled for tomorrow, February 19, and will be the first session since the National Assembly of the RS adopted the conclusions concerning the Constitutional Court of BiH.

The BiH Presidency member and President of the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD) Milorad Dodik announced in the media that the RS representatives in the state institutions will not participate in any decision-making until the departure of foreign judges from the BiH Constitutional Court.

These conclusions oblige the RS representatives in the BiH institutions to propose in the BiH Parliamentary Assembly the adoption of a law on the termination of the mandate of foreign judges and the election of domestic judges in the Constitutional Court of BiH.

The agenda of tomorrow's session of the BiH Presidency has not been announced on the official website, but as the media in the entity of Republika Srpska report, Dodik has announced that it will seek a debate on the appointment of a new foreign judge appointed by the European Court of Human Rights, as Dodik claims that the nomination of the judge was not provided to him.

The last session of the BiH Presidency was held on February 3, before the BiH Constitutional Court declared unconstitutional a segment of the RS Law on Agricultural Land concerning the issue of state property.

The Presidency also announced that after the end of the session, media member of the BiH Presidency, Šefik Džaferović, will address the media, who stated earlier that the conclusions of the NSRS cannot produce any legal effect because BiH functions on the basis of the Constitution of BiH and not on the basis of the unconstitutional conclusions of the NSRS.

The Presidency also announced that after the end of the session, member of the BiH Presidency, Šefik Džaferović, will address the media, who stated earlier that the conclusions of the RSNA cannot produce any legal effect because BiH functions on the basis of the Constitution of BiH and not on the basis of the unconstitutional conclusions of the RS National Assembly.
