SARAJEVO, February 17 (FENA) – BiH Minister of Security, Fahrudin Radončić, received today Martin Schuepp, Regional Director of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) for Europe and Central Asia, to discuss the Ministry's continued cooperation with this international organization.
Director Schuepp briefed Minister Radončić on the ICRC's involvement in the process of searching for missing persons in the Western Balkans, noting that he had already discussed this issue in Belgrade, Pristina and Zagreb.
They also discussed the return of people from camps in Syria, as well as the process of their integration into society. ICRC Director offered help in this process.
One of the topics was the migrant crisis, that is, cooperation in the field of humanitarian care for migrants, as well as the possibility of assisting police agencies in specialized training in dealing with these situations, the BiH Ministry of Security stated.
