SARAJEVO, February 14 (FENA) - Speaker of the House of Representatives of the FBiH Parliament Mirsad Zaimović received in a working visit Deputy Head of Cooperation in the Embassy of Switzerland in BiH Patrick Egli and the management of the MarketMakers Project supported by the Government of Switzerland.
They discussed the project of youth employment in BiH and amendments to the legislation governing the area of student employment, as well as the goals and expected effects of the project.
The MarkerMakers project management informed Speaker Zaimović that the project aims to contribute to addressing youth employment issues in a sustainable way, with an emphasis on market opportunities.
They also stated that the project has so far encountered positive reactions from stakeholders as well as a proposal for student employment reform, which was included in the official document "Joint Socio-Economic Reforms for the Period 2019-2022".
Zaimović expressed his support for the project as well as for the idea that should result in more active creation of better market opportunities for student employment in our country, and emphasized that the FBiH House of Representatives through its working bodies will support any project that will bring good and positive reforms as well as more stable opportunities for the life of young people in our country, the Office of the Speaker of the House of Representatives of the FBiH Parliament announced.
