BANJA LUKA, February 3 (FENA) - After the BiH Presidency member Milorad Dodik admitted that Bosnia and Herzegovina is in the Membership Action Plan (MAP) with NATO, we need an emergency session of the Republika Srpska National Assembly, stated the Serb Democratic Party President Mirko Šarović today.
He claims that BiH is in line for NATO membership.
“After NATO officially announced that BiH is in the MAP, it is clear that the activation of the MAP, which has until then been stopped, was initiated by the submission of the Reform Program to NATO headquarters. Now Bosnia and Herzegovina has the same status as North Macedonia, that is, in queue, waiting for the membership, which is no longer in our hands,” Šarović said.
The SDS president stressed the need to schedule a new session of the RS National Assembly.
“We can forget the last RSNA session of December 23 last year, because it was a session of five hours of lies by those most responsible: a member of the BiH Presidency, the Prime Minister of RS and the President of RS. The new session must be scheduled and their responsibility for all this must be its key topic,” Šarović added.
