SARAJEVO, January 30 (FENA) - At today's session in Sarajevo, the Government of the Federation of BiH adopted the Federation of BiH's Economic Reform Program for the period 2020-2022, and will send it to the Directorate for Economic Planning of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as a coordinating institution at the state level, responsible for drafting the BiH Economic Reform Program 2020-2022.
This document defines 17 priority reform measures, including the development of the electricity and gas markets and the improvement of energy efficiency and the use of renewable energy sources.
The development of transport infrastructure, improvement of agriculture, water management and forestry, as well as the legal framework governing tourism, tourist guides, tourism boards, tourist tax and catering are also covered by the program.
The FBiH Government has adopted three programs of spending with criteria for allocation of funds, approved by the FBiH Ministry of Physical Planning from this year's budget, totaling at 2.7 million KM and intended for mitigating the damages caused by floods and landslides (1.300.000 KM), protection of national monuments (100.000 KM), and the warming of buildings for energy saving (1,300,000 KM).
