SARAJEVO, January 27 (FENA) - The BiH Ministry of Civil Affairs has issued to the Border Police of BiH and Sarajevo International Airport the recommendations of the FBiH Institute of Public Health and the RS Institute of Public Health to be distributed to all travelers arriving in BiH from the People’s Republic of China, especially from Hubei Province, Wuhan, with the aim of early detection of a new coronavirus.
In addition to the implementation of the recommendations issued, it was agreed that the representatives of the BiH Border Police immediately inform the FBiH Ministry of Health / Institute of Public Health of the Federation of BiH, Ministry of Health and Social Welfare of the Republika Srpska / Institute of Public Health of the Republika Srpska and the Ministry of Civil Affairs of BiH on all foreign nationals coming to the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina from the People's Republic of China, especially from the said province and city.
Representatives of the BiH Border Police should provide the abovementioned institutions with information on persons entering BiH concerning the place and address of residence in BiH, the period of stay, and possibly a contact telephone.
In case of additional recommendations from the World Health Organization, the Ministry of Civil Affairs of BiH will inform all institutions in a timely manner, the BiH Ministry of Civil Affairs stated.
