SARAJEVO, January 22 (FENA) - President of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of BiH, Milan Tegeltija today made public his financial report submitted to the HJPC BiH in 2019, which includes his annual income and assets, with the aim to promote transparency of judicial office holders in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
President of the HJPC BiH has decided to extend the report to include information on parents' assets, which are not an integral part of the Financial Report submitted to the HJPC.
Income data includes annual income on all bases in the amount of 91,600 KM (salary, compensation for HJPC work, rent, arbitration fees), and credit obligations: loan for building a house with Sberbank Banja Luka 180,000 KM, the loan expires in 2032; revolving credit card with Nova Bank with approved limit of 20,000 KM; revolving credit card with Sberbank with approved limit of 10,000 KM, and approved limit on a current account in the amount of 6,300 KM.
The property data lists a business suite, valued at 125,000 KM; a weekend house with land, valued at 200,000 KM; savings with Nova Banka 18,500 EUR or 36,182 KM; current account with Sberbank 65,000 KM; and Audi A7, (2011), worth 35,000 KM.
Also, it is stated that his wife Tijana Tegeltija is employed and regularly receives a salary and that she owns a car "VW Eos" (2008), worth 12,000 KM.
When it comes to information on parents' ‘ assets, it is stated that Vitomir Tegeltija, the father, is a retired professor of physics and electrical engineering, and Branka Tegeltija, the mother, is a doctor, gynecology specialist, owner of a private gynecological clinic from 1993 to the present, stated the HJPC BiH.
