FBiH Government approves energy licenses for wind farm construction

MOSTAR, January 16 (FENA) - At today's session in Mostar, the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina adopted and submitted a draft law to the FBiH Law on Amendments to the Law on Advocacy of the Federation of BiH, in consultation with the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Bar Association.

The FBiH Government has determined and submitted to the FBiH Parliament by urgent procedure a Bill on Amendments to the Law on Income Tax. One of the innovations was the deletion of a provision that obliged legal entities to submit financial statements of the hard copy of the income statement, which they also submitted to the FBiH Tax Administration and the Financial Information Agency (FIA), with the aim of reducing the administration for taxpayers. The FBiH Tax Administration has access to the FIA ​​database and no additional documentation is required.

The FBiH Government has today given the FBiH Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry preliminary approval in the procedure of issuing energy licenses to the companies Gradina Tomislavgrad for the construction of the first phase of the Gradina wind farm, Relax Posušje for the construction of the Oštrc wind farm, Tomkup Tomislavgrad for construction of Baljci wind farm and Kamen-Dent Mostar for the construction of the Paklina 2 wind farm.
