SARAJEVO, January 13 (FENA) - The Collegium of the Presidency of the Social Democratic Party of Bosnia and Herzegovina supported today the Coalition Agreement on joint participation in the local elections in BiH, which will soon be signed by the presidents of the SDPBiH, Our Party, People and Justice Party and the Independent Bosnia and Herzegovina list, SDP BiH announced.
As stated in this agreement, among other things, the signatories undertake to promote the idea of joint participation in local elections in pre-election activities and to establish joint lists of candidates for municipality mayors and mayors of towns, who will run in local elections.
They also discussed the local elections in Srebrenica, and reiterated the position that the SDP in Srebrenica would go in the local elections as Bh Block through a civic platform or independently with a multiethnic list, while the decision on the candidate for mayor of Srebrenica will be subsequently made by party organs, the SDPBiH said in a statement.
