BIHAĆ, December 29 (FENA) - More than 50 children from Bihać and 60 refugees and migrants participated in the "Sounds of Migration" project, which showed their similarities and qualities through music.
Educators, musicians and other cultural workers from the Bihać Music Youth have worked with them.
"As far as I know, a similar project has not been done anywhere on the migrant route, from Turkey, Greece to Western Europe," said music professor Sanel Kabiljagić, one of the initiators of the project.
Project completion was marked with a sixteen-minute documentary and an eleven-song album. This is the crown of activities that have taken place since January through thirty music workshops.
The Sounds of Migration project is implemented under the Bosnia and Herzegovina Resilience Initiative (BHRI), a USAID-funded program implemented by the International Organization for Migration (IOM).
