Croatian citizens vote in presidential elections at polling stations in BiH

SARAJEVO, December 22 (FENA) - Citizens with Croatian passports living in Sarajevo today voted for president of Croatia at six polling stations in Bosnia and Herzegovina's capital.

Citizens are to choose among the following candidates: Ante Đapić (DESNO/The Right), Nedeljko Babić (HSSČKŠ), Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović (HDZ), Zoran Milanovic (SDP), Katarina Peović (RF), Ivan Pernar (SIP), independent candidates Dario Juričan and Mislav Kolakušić, Dejan Kovač (HSLS), independent candidate Dalija Orešković and independent candidate Miroslav Škoro.

Citizens who have permanent residence in Croatia were also eligible to vote today in BiH if they found themselves in this country on election day, but they had to have a certificate to allow them to vote outside their place of residence.

Croatian elections also taking place abroad in 47 countries at 124 polling stations, a third of which were in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Polling stations closed at 7 p.m.
