SDS requests a special RSNA session on the Reform Program document

FENA Press release

BIJELJINA, November 22 (FENA) - Based on the information at our disposal, the SDS Presidency has estimated that the adopted document on the military reform process directly introduces Bosnia and Herzegovina and therefore, Republika Srpska as well, into NATO integration process, said today the Serb Democratic Party President Mirko Šarović after the session of the party presidency held today in Bijeljina.

The SDS says it will demand that the disputed document be considered at the entity parliament session.

"Such a document that has not been discussed in the National Assembly of RS is in direct contradiction with the decision of the National Assembly on military neutrality and the principle when it comes to military classification that, in the security-military sense, Republika Srpska can only be aligned with Serbia," said Šarović.

“If the document is not relevant, as Milorad Dodik says, why keep it a secret, why it was sent to NATO headquarters in Brussels and why NATO command should its consent to it,”- Šarović asked.
