MOSTAR, October 22 (FENA) - HDZ BiH President Dragan Čović received in an inaugural visit the newly appointed Head of the EU Delegation to BiH and EU Special Representative to BiH Johann Sattler.
They discussed the current political situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH's accession to the European Union and NATO, and implementation of key reform processes, the HDZ BiH announced today.
The interlocutors also discussed the signed agreement of the leaders, pointing out that a compromise must be reached in order to move towards the government formation and continuation of reform processes within the framework of Euro-Atlantic integration.
EU Delegation to BiH Johann Sattler stressed that political dialogue and compromise are necessary for progress and the path to integration and stability.
Čović thanked the Special Representative for the support of the European Union and stressed that Croatian political representatives are fully committed to BiH's European and Euro-Atlantic path.
"Forming the government in accordance with the agreement of the election winners and the electoral will of the voters are basis for creating a better future for citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina," the HDZ BiH said in a statement.
