Džaferović receives newly appointed Ambassador of Pakistan Khalid Rao

SARAJEVO, October 2 (FENA) - Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Šefik Džaferović received today in an inaugural visit Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to BiH, Muhammad Khalid Rao.

The two officials emphasized the friendly and extremely good bilateral relations between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, as well as excellent cooperation in international organizations.

It was emphasized that there was plenty room for enhancing economic cooperation and increase of trade exchange.

They exchanged opinions on the current political situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Pakistan.

Ambassador Rao informed the BiH Presidency member Džaferović about the Kashmir crisis and thanked for the principled stance of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Džaferović thanked for Pakistan's support to Bosnia and Herzegovina since the first day of the country’s independence, the BiH Presidency said.
