SARAJEVO, September 26 (FENA) - The BiH Council of Ministers Chairman Denis Zvizdić received a delegation of the Government of Malaysia, led by Minister of Internal and Consumer Affairs Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail, and informed them about the current state of Bosnia and Herzegovina's economy, economic indicators and goals achieved so far on the EU path.
Chairman Zvizdić expressed satisfaction with the friendly and good relations between the two countries and emphasized that there is plenty of room for improving foreign trade, especially in the field of agriculture, and intensifying cooperation in the fields of tourism, education, culture and sports and other sectors.
He said that the visa-free regime between BiH and Malaysia is a good condition for the development of relations in the field of tourism, as well as all other forms of cooperation.
Chairman Zvizdić and Minister Ismail also discussed the importance of the halal industry for BiH and agreed that there was plenty of space for expansion of cooperation in this area.
The meeting was also attended by Malaysian Ambassador to BiH Zakri Jaafar, stated the BiH Council of Ministers.
