Komšić: BiH wants to nurture good bilateral relations with Republic of Korea

SARAJEVO, September 18 (FENA) - BiH Presidency Chairman Željko Komšić received credentials from the newly appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to BiH, based in Zagreb, Kim Dong-chan.

Komšić wished the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea a successful mandate and emphasized that Bosnia and Herzegovina wants to nurture good bilateral relations with Korea in all areas of common interest.

“There is a significant space for enhancing cooperation, especially in the economic field,” said Komšić.

Ambassador Kim Dong-chan expressed his satisfaction with the visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina and said that he would work for enhancing bilateral relations, both politically, economically and culturally, for mutual benefit. He conveyed greetings of the President of the Republic of Korea, Moon Jae-in, and said that developing common economic interests of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Korea is one of goals in the work of the newly appointed Korean Ambassador.

At the end of the meeting, Komšić expressed his support and wished success in his work as newly-appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Korea in carrying out his mission in BiH, the BiH Presidency said.
