SARAJEVO, September 18 (FENA) - As part of the USAID and the Government of Sweden project “FARMA II”, a new public call for proposals for agricultural development grants in Bosnia and Herzegovina has been announced.
On this occasion, an info session was held today in cooperation with the BiH Foreign Trade Chamber on the content of a public call for grants to support investment in agricultural innovation, empowering women, young and marginalized groups and start-ups, as well as agricultural product promotion activities to increase sales and ensure market access.
Fedja Begović, Deputy Chief of Party at USAID / Sweden FARMA II, said the call is open until October 4, with a maximum grant of $ 50,000. He stressed that the primary objective of the call was to increase sales in agricultural sector.
Begović added that private entities cannot apply, but registered legal entities that have financial reports.
