SARAJEVO, September 5 (FENA) - Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (PSBiH) Denis Zvizdić (Party of Democratic Action - SDA) convened a session of the Collegium of that House for the following Tuesday, September 10.
The last session of the Collegium was held two months ago.
During this period, there were no sessions of the House of Representatives, although there are numerous obligations for MPs and delegates, and one of the things that is awaiting is the adoption of this year's budget, which was supported and forwarded by the Council of Ministers on the proposal of the Ministry of Finance and Treasury last year.
State institutions are therefore in the third quarterly decision on provisional financing and the members of the Collegium should now discuss the budget sent to them by the BiH Presidency on the last day of July and with the Legislative Sector Opinion of 27 August.
The Collegium should designate competent committees to consider several legislative decisions and other acts, but these working bodies have not yet been established.
It is necessary to appoint the members of the six working bodies of the House (Constitutional Committee, Foreign Affairs Committee, Foreign Trade and Customs Committee, Finance and Budget Committee, Transport and Communications Committee and the Gender Equality Committee).
More than 20 items on the agenda include the response of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of BiH to the conclusions of the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly from the emergency session held in June.
